All services are at your location. We service our clients on Saturday and Sunday from 9AM – 5PM. Once we receive all appointment requests we schedule the time slots and will notify you by text, email or phone.
PLEASE NOTE: At checkout you will only have one time slot option. This is not the slot you will get, but you must choose it in order to checkout. We will notify you of your time slot the day before arrival.
Also, we are not available for overnight stays, and at this time, we are unable to provide dog walking or sitting services.
Effective September 1, 2025:
Due to the rising costs of doing business, we will be raising our rates slightly to ensure we can continue to offer the best service possible.

Please read the following to be sure you understand Four Paws Tech Care Policies:
Low-Stress Handling
During your pet’s appointment, your pet may need to be restrained for services, our staff is specially trained to appropriately handle animals of all types, so please allow our staff to handle your pet.
We may ask to muzzle your animal for our and your pet’s safety.
If your pet proves to be too stressed during the visit to perform needed services, we will discontinue the procedure and ask that you contact your veterinarian for a chill protocol of oral sedation to be given prior to when we arrive. This is so we are in compliance with current humane low-stress techniques and ensure the human-animal bond is upheld.
Vaccines
Massachusetts state law mandates that all companion animals have a current rabies vaccination. Please upload a copy of the current rabies certificate for all animals that will be requiring services.
COVID-19
COVID safety protocols are subject to change at any time and we reserve the right to ask you to wear a mask. You also have the right to ask us to mask up upon entering your home. If you are on our schedule, please notify us as soon as possible if you or one of your family members is not feeling well and we will reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment.
Three cancellations without sufficient notice can result in a $25 cancellation fee and future appointments requiring prepayment at the time of booking to hold the appointment.
If we arrive at your home for a scheduled appointment and you are not there, you will still be charged a $25 missed appointment fee.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services rendered. We accept cash, local checks, and Venmo (Laura-fptc (0105)).
Returned checks will be charged a $35 fee and any unpaid balance will accrue a monthly finance charge of 1.75%, which is an annual percentage rate of 21%. We reserve the right to send any unpaid balance to our collection agency. If the account is sent to collections, the balance in default, any applicable finance charges, and a collection fee of $20 will be added to the account.
